This hands-on class walks you through the correct techniques to make, knead and stretch dough, produce a perfect tomato sauce, and top and cook an authentic pizza at home.
Charcuterie and wine will be served during the theoretical portion of the class.After the hands-on portion, guests will be invited to eat and share their pizza creations.
