Geared toward both the experienced home chef and the kitchen newcomer, our consumer classes offer a fun traditional experience cumulating in a family style meal to finish the class. Our chefs will work through classic recipes that will provide easy to replicate results for perfect pasta nights at home.
Professional Class
The FCA offers classes based on standard styles of pasta making. Our courses are broken down by traditional styles. Formats include traditional long pasta, authentic short pasta, and filled/stuffed pasta. Our experienced Chefs will break down the technical science behind the equipment, recipes, and product management to help maximize any restaurant’s pasta program.
