The smell of coffee was permeating from outside the building, as new students were being lured into the classroom. The teachers glowing with enthusiasm, were happily greeting their pupils and preparing them for an exciting evening surrounding the world’s favourite beverage.

The Faema Culinary Academy was holding the inaugural The ABC’s of Coffee and coffee enthusiasts, aspiring coffee professionals and coffee elites are already wanting more. The classroom is set amongst award-winning espresso machines, like the FAEMA E71, where students can marvel in its glory, while developing their craft of making the dark brew.

The jam-packed (or coffee-packed?) session also focuses on the history and proper technique of coffee preparation. Understanding how the perfect coffee is created comes from a combination of factors, including cultivation, roasting and barista techniques. This class is EVERYTHING, whether you are in the coffee industry or a coffee aficionado who just wants perfection in their cup of joe.
