Learn how to make Gnocchi and Fettuccine, paired with various sauces, as you’ll learn all about Truffles.
Dishes Prepared (all from scratch)
Homemade Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle
Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi with Asparagus, Sausage and Fresh Truffle
Guests will be making GNOCCHI and FETTUCCINE.
Chefs will prepare two sauces to pair with each pasta.
1) Butter and Truffle Sauce ( Gnocchi )
2) Mushroom Sauce ( Fettuccine )
Charcuterie board will be served (as usual) along with one glass of wine
Wine available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle

CLASS SCHEDULE
6:00 Charcuterie Board and a Glass of Wine
6:20 Introduction of the Chefs and Recipe Overview
6:30 ROUND 1- Students will be divided in two groups
Group 1 will make Gnocchi and Group 2 will make Fettuccine.
Once both groups prepare their designated pastas, the groups will then switch stations and prepare the opposite pasta made in the first round.
7:15 ROUND 2 - Groups will switch stations
8:00 Cooking demo: Chefs will prepare and cook the pastas and sauces the Groups have prepared.
8:20 Time to eat!
8:45 Espresso Time!
9:00 End of the class
