Join us at the Faema Culinary Academy ad learn all the secrets behind one of the most traditional Italian dishes: Pasta Ripiena ( filled pasta ). Learn how to knead pasta dough by hand and prepare different fillings that will be used later to stuff three different pasta shapes:
Agnolotti
Ravioli
Tortelli
You will be surprised at how easy making fresh pasta at home can be!
Our Chef will prepare 2 different sauces to pair with the pasta at the end of the class and students will be able not only to enjoy their freshly made creations, but to bring some of them home!
