What is it? Napoletana Pizza Class
Who is teaching it? Michael Bou-Younes, lead instructor at Faema Culinary Academy, will lead a hands-on class on how to make Napoletana pizza!
What can I expect? An interactive course focusing on the science, technique and essence of making the popular pizza style that originated in Naples. Includes sampling of cheeses from Parmalat.

It is open to pizzeria operators and their staff on a first come, first served basis.
