Perfect for those looking to impress their family and friends with traditional, hand-made Italian pizza.
This hands-on class walks you through the correct techniques to make, knead and stretch dough, produce a perfect tomato sauce, and top and cook an authentic pizza at home.
Charcuterie and wine will be served during the theoretical portion of the class. After the hands-on portion, guests will be invited to eat and share their pizza creations.

6:00 Introduction of the Chefs, Pizza history and Recipe overview
6:15 Dough preparation by hand
Guests will be able to bring home the dough that they have prepared
6:50 Specialty Pizza Preparation
At this time Chefs will prepare a few pizzas for the guests to enjoy
7:20 Dough Preparation-Rounding and Shaping
7:45 Each guest will stretch, garnish and bake a pizza that they can take home
