An intimate setting and fully equipped kitchen! The Canadian Pizza Summit will take place at Faema Canada’s showroom in Toronto, home to Faema Culinary Academy pizza, gelato, pasta and barista training.
Pizza-specific trade show! Highly engaged suppliers available to share their industry know-how in a relaxed setting and demonstrate how their latest products and services can help you make more money.
THE WINNER receives a free trip to compete in the International Pizza Challenge at Pizza Expo in March 2023. Canadian Pizza magazine will feature you on the cover! And of course, an award to display proudly in your pizzeria.
SECOND PLACE: $300 and an award to display proudly in your pizzeria.
THIRD PLACE: $200 and an award to display proudly in your pizzeria.

10:00 AM - TRADE SHOW OPENS
Enjoy a pizza-specific trade show, a relaxed setting and lots of time for networking with experienced industry suppliers of ingredients, equipment and services. Exhibitors will share their industry know-how and demonstrate how their latest products and services can help you make more money – and give you more time to work on the big-picture goals for your pizzeria.
10:00 AM-12:30 PM – CHEF OF THE YEAR (Flight 1)
Watch 12 talented pizza chefs prepare their signature pizzas and vie for the chance to join past Chefs of the Year in the winners' gallery. Better yet and even more fun – enter yourself! The winner, our new Chef of the Year (Traditional), will receive a free trip to compete in the International Pizza Challenge at Pizza Expo and $500 each to spend in Las Vegas!
12:30-1:00 PM – BUFFET LUNCH (MAIN LOBBY)
Enjoy a complimentary buffet lunch (coffee and hot beverages available), chat with the editor of Canadian Pizza magazine, listen to product talks and network with other pizzerias!
